You may still not be careful enough of their daily actions. You may be doing some sinful actions, thinking it is alright. You may still be doing little sins thinking it is ok. You may be still thinking God will forgive my sins, I am human, I will sin. But my case & past old Christians who went to meet God in Heaven, show that you can be 100% completely sinless. Fear Sins. It is because of sins that the satan has control of our life & make us sick so that we lose faith & turn away from God.

First Commandment. No other gods before God. Worship God only.
Second Commandment. No idols. Cannot even worship money & gold.
Third Commandment. Do not take God's Name in vain. Do not need to repeat Salvation Prayers & Deliverance Prayers again all the time because you have repeat commit back the same sins.
Fourth Commandment. Keep the Sabbath day free. Keep as least one day free in a week to attend Church to worship God.
Fifth Commandment. Honour your father & mother. Do not shout at your parents.
Sixth Commandment. Do not kill. Do not even kill eat animals. Be Vegetarian.
Seventh Commandment. Do not steal. Do not even steal ideas & download pirated materials.
Eighth Commandment. Do not adultery. Do not even masturbation & pornography. Get married fast.
Ninth Commandment. Do not lie. Do not even tell white lies or hide facts giving inaccurate reports to others.
Tenth Commandment. Do not problem. Do not even do alcohols, drugs, cigarettes, gambling, wife abuse, & other problems etc.
You may be still hiding your past sins as secrets making only personal asking for forgiveness prayers to God. According to Holy Bible, you need to confess your sins to one another. You must confess out verbally all your past sins to at least a personal friend or your Pastor. Keeping your past sins a secret will make you sick as your sins are not confess out openly. Be more careful. Confess all major sins out to your Pastor one at time. Confess all little sins as one big many-little sins to your Pastor of those of the same kind of repeat little sins.
It may be you have not do Deliverance of your evil spirits out of your body. When you sins, that particular class kind of evil spirits will enter your body & stay live inside. This evil spirits will make you have repeat thoughts of that class sins, making you want to repeat the sins. For example, if you do masturbation & pornography, the spirits of masturbation & pornography will enter & live inside your body. Making you repeat masturbation & pornography again & again. When you repeat masturbation & pornography, more spirits of masturbation & pornography will enter & live your body. Therefore, if you have been doing many long years of masturbation & pornography, you will become a hardcore addict of masturbation & pornography. The many spirits of masturbation & adultery will make you unable get out of habit. The many repeat actions of masturbation & pornography sins will bring many sickness to your body. You just need to do a Deliverance Prayer: "in the name & under the Authority of Jesus Christ. I command you the spirits of masturbation & pornography (change into that sins name like alcohols, drugs, cigarettes) to leave my body. Amen." You may need to ask a good Pastor to recite the Deliverance Prayer to you while you follow Him. The actual Deliverance Prayer is longer, please listen more carefully.
You may need to repeat the Salvation Prayer. The Salvation Prayer go like this: "Jesus, please come into my life to control my life. Make me the person who you want me to be. And forgive my sins. Amen." The actual Salvation Prayer from a Pastor is longer. You may want to recite with a Pastor. Repeat what He says & listen carefully. You need to repeat the Salvation Prayer is because you may have done the Salvation Prayer, but you go back & repeat the sinning of little sins. EVEN A BIT OF LITTLE SINS WILL MAKE YOU UNSAVED IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST. This is because even a bit of little sins, with will be under the control of the satan & rift apart from God. And therefore Jesus Christ then is unable to enter back into your life when you repeat sins. You need to repeat the Salvation Prayer again to forgive your sins & invite back Jesus Christ into your life. Therefore, the best you are completely sinless, and become a True Christian who will 100% enter the Kingdom of God when you die.
