  1. Solve All Problems.

    To reduce stress, go for the main source of stress. The problems. Solve all the problems. For example, last time my school works textbooks reading & tutorials exercises pile up too high. I become very stressful. Always sleeping, making the problem worse. After I solve all problems = read all school works textbooks reading & tutorials exercises. The stress are then gone. problems become worse.

  2. Find A Girlfriend (Wife).

    A girlfriend is the main de-stressor. You can play Cstan98 Lover Games with her. If you love her, you can marry her. Then you can have marriage sex.

  3. Write Excel Journal.

    You can keep a Excel Journal. Writing about your problems sources of stress. So that you will face the stress to solve them.

  4. Deep Breathing.

    Count 1-5 when you breathes in. Then count 6-10 when you breathe out. With deep breathing, you will relax & more oxygen will go to your brain.

  5. Surf Internet.

    When you are stressful, you can surf the internet. Clear & read your emails. Surf google search for topics like "how to clear emails fast". Read this website. Listen to Christian songs in youtube. Surf Flickr to look at sunset, sunrise, mountains, forests & rivers.

  6. Talk To God.

    Regardless of your Religions. Try to find some quiet times to talk to God. God is a good listener. And with His Wisdom, He will guide you to solve all problems.

  7. Read Bible One Chapter A Night.

    Reading Bible one chapter each night not only help you reduce stress, it also increases your faith & self-esteem. Because reading every night builds discipline. And discipline increases self-esteem.

  8. Reasonable Expectation.

    Try to have reasonable expectations for all things. If you expect too high, you confirm unable to perform, you feel like a loser. If you expect too low, you will feel like a loser, because you don't do much. Try to challenge yourself all the times with reasonable a bit higher expectations.

  9. Give Credits To Yourself.

    When you finish a task, give yourself credits for doing it. This will add to your self-esteem. This kind of positive self-talk will boost your morale greatly, especially when you are starting to learn social skills with few friends.

  10. Meaningful Activities.

    Do more positive meaningful activities than less negative no meaning activities like sins. Doing sins like masturbation, pornography, smoking, drugs & alcohol. All these sins are negative activities which will damage your self-esteem because of hurting the conscience.

  11. Meaningful Friends.

    Make many meaningful friends. All these meaningful friends will support you & listen to your problems when you have stress.

  12. Take A Break.

    Take a day off each week. God calls it the "Sabbath Day". Also, take many 15 minutes during the working day. Especially when you are tired. And doing more means more mistakes.

  13. Know Your Stress From Past.

    Learn to recognize your old stress problems & symptoms. Remember last times how you solve these stress. Repeat strokes.

  14. Physical Exercises.

    To vent out stress, you can do physical exercises like walking, climbing up stairs, jogging, swimming etc.

  15. Watch Movies.

    To vent out stress, you can watch movies & have a great time.

  16. Do Not Sleep.

    To vent out stress, do not sleep. You will skip meals. Without foods energies, you will sleep more. When you sleep more, you become more stressful. As your stressor problems become worse.

  17. Do Not Masturbation & Pornography.

    To vent out stress, do not masturbation & pornography. Because it will make problems worse. As you are escaping from reality. Moreover, masturbation ejaculations will make your penis small & give you a pervert face. Making you low self-esteem, creating bigger problems. Making you more stressful.

  18. Do Not Smoke, Alcohol & Drugs.

    Smoking, alcohol & drugs may seem good ways to reduce stress. You are wrong. They make things more complicated. Your problems become bigger as smoking, drinking alcohols & taking drugs are expensive habits. Your money become lesser, giving you bigger problems later in your life.
