Old Age Exercise = Go shopping malls walk around. If you stay at home, soon you will be unable to walk. As you don't use your legs.
If you over-work, you will have many stresses. Stresses will kill you.
If you smoke = lungs cancer. If you drink alcohol = head stroke & liver failure. To live long, you must avoid things that will kill you prematurely.
