    2. Middle Term.

      Outlook software Calendar. Track old tasks time & period, adjust new tasks accordingly.

    3. Short Term.

      Small notebook (remind on the move without laptop).

    1. Long Term.

      Excel software. For tax, budget, analysis purposes.

    2. Short Term.

      Small notebook (what is priority & more important to spend for current available money). And also to note down expense items to put later to Excel software.

  3. Workspace.

    1. Housekeeping.

      Keep table, cupboard, room tidy & organized.

    2. Organization.

      Keep same things together (for less time to look). E.g. pens together, foods together etc.

    3. Electrical Organization.

      Keep wires (like printer, modem, power) run systematically without entanglement.

    4. Simple Reminder.

      E.g. on top of printer = to do, on right = extra reading materials, etc.

    5. Throw Rubbish.

      Throw rubbish & old-dated unnecessary things away to get working space.
