Little accomplishments like writing daily website increase self-esteem.
You must protect your self-esteem. Do not let people run it down. People who commit suicide are because they have negative self-esteem.
Do not go against conscience & do things like masturbation & pornography. All these against conscience things will minus your self-esteem.
Aim for things higher than materials things. Maslow calls it "self-actualising". The highest need. Listen to your voice. Do something you are proud of.
