Every night, after reading your reading of Bible chapter. You choose a Psalm book. You may start with psalm 1 or choose one in random.
Concentrate & repeat readings on those verses. Understand the meaning. Reason out what God tries to say. You may just concentrate on one to two verses of the psalm.
If you keep on mediate with those verses. Then you will "hear" God speaks to you through those verses.
