If you do things right (100% sinless), your Heaven & Earth Righteousness Energy will grow each day. This Righteousness Energy will give you self-confident, & you be felt to have an air of special. Others will feel you are more upright. Feel you more of a strong Confucian Cultivator.
In Cstan98 Mencius, Mencius mentions that Heaven & Earth Righteousness can only be grow each day & cannot be "pull" to grow faster. He gives a story analogy that "a farmer wants to grow his rice plants faster. So he pulls all of them taller. When his son hears of each, he quickly runs to the farmland to see. All rice plants become dry dead."
