    The number of days since the last occurrence = (now date)-(last occurred day).

  7. Mths Since.

    The number of months since the last occurrence = ((now date)-(last occurred day))/30.

  8. Now.

    The Excel formula for calculating current today date = +now() (need to format to dd/mm/yyyy).
