  6. To Maintain Change In Habits Goals-setting.

    1. In Microsoft Word - Outline View Mode. Able to have 1st level heading, 2nd level, 3rd level etc. Able to move heading up or down. Not able to show level heading tab indent in sample (see step 7). Able printout only Habit to Change headings by selecting how many heading levels to display.

    2. Write Down The Habit To Change.

    3. Write Down Start Date.

    4. Write Down Number Of Days With On-Going Habit Change.

    5. Write Down Details If Always 0 days For On-Going Habit Change like how many violations for that day.

    6. Repeat above Steps 1-5. Just remember to break past old record total number of days or number of violations.
