20/02/2012 "Report". There is a "Report" that my B&W Companies are overloaded. Temporarily please bear with the low salaries, as there are many B&W persons to feed. The only way to increase your B&W salary pay, is you work more hardworking (revenues increase) & you cut cost more (expenses decrease). We B&W will try to share the profits. In fact, my aim in B&W Companies are just to breakeven (i.e. profit = $0, all go to employees' salaries). I come up with B&W money to buy the Companies = sunk costs. You work hard to make the B&W Companies breakeven monthly = you labour for everyone salaries. Young people should work harder to pay for older people. As older people their capabilities are limited. It is understood that younger people will be paid more than older people. Because younger people work harder, & they need more money to get married & rear children. Older people expenses are lower. You people old & young gather to discuss how to share the Companies' profits. Once we profit more, it is either you people increase your pay or we employ more people to feed. You decide. Senior CEO controls a team of CEOs (each CEO controls one business unit). If the business unit has grown too big or too complex, the unit will be controlled by a Senior CEOs & many CEOs. If B&W Companies grow too complex, there may be many Senior CEOs. There will be no more mba scholarships. CEOs are encouraged not to go for mba. I lost 2 Senior CEO & 8 CEO when I sent them to mba scholarships. 1 Senior CEO got greedy of wanting higher salary & 1 female Senior CEO & 8 female CEOs got seduced by enemy male agents (i.e. commit adultery). Those p/People working in B&W Companies who ALWAYS fall sick (including CEO & Senior CEO), will be demoted. All cases of p/People who always falling sick will be investigated, to rectify the main causes. Is it someone very energetic persons in the Companies are draining People energies? Is it B&W Tithes & Jesus Christ Tithes are given to the wrong persons bank accounts, the Tithes are mis-spend for example? If the business units or Workers want to give more than 1%, it is considered Offerings donations. The B&W Funds money comes from Cstan98 B&W Tithes. The bigger the the Cstan98 B&W Tithes, the bigger the B&W Funds money, the faster the B&W Funds can acquire assets. Alternatively, if the business units are very successful, the business unit can purchase assets for the Cstan98 B&W Funds (use for the business unit), it is considered an Offering to Cstan98 B&W Tithes. Please note once these assets are purchased to be owned by Cstan98 B&W Funds, these assets cannot be sold to pay back to the business unit. Therefore do not acquire assets too fast. In Singapore, Black & White Companies should contribute CPF for all Black & White Companies staffs, even those on probation. One day take home pay after Employee CPF contributions should be at least $10 + Foods + Drinks + Filtered Water. Giving CPF will help staffs to buy a HDB House (ordinary accounts), save for retirements (special accounts) & pay for health costs (medisave accounts).
